You can get into online training with apps such as Zwift with little more than an indoor trainer and the bike you already own, as we explained in our setups for all budgets video. But if you’re wanting to get the best experience indoors there’s a few things you can do to make your time more enjoyable. Actually, we’re not sure it ever gets enjoyable, as such. But anyway, better.
We’ve put together this vid with our six top tips for your indoor setup. They’re all pretty simple but they’ll make a big difference. And with the exception of using Zwift’s mobile link app – unsurprisingly, that won’t work with other training apps – they can all be put to good use whether you’re on Zwift, TrainerRoad, The Sufferfest, Bkool or your training platform of choice. Enjoy!
