Lance Armstrong last week dropped the asking price on his Dripping Springs estate from $12m to $10.5m in a bid to get things moving. 

If you’ve got the dosh and you’d like to live in Texas here’s what your money buys you…

According to the ad for the property Lance has had the property cleared of underbrush and has paved the roads to the property.

Not sure why he’s moving, poss with the birth of his new son, Max, there aren’t enough bathrooms… or maybe it’s to get away from the neighbours who accused him of polluting the area when he was building it. 

Lance has two other houses one in Aspen Colarado and the other in Austin Texas.
