I would be exhausted after cycling 12 hours too.
I'm pretty sure Jaffa Cakes are actually cakes, at least according to the finest legal minds of our generation. It had something to do with whether a stale one goes soft like a biscuit does, or hard like a cake.
Regardless, for a home-made chocolate-orange hit I recommend these.
don't know how she justifies calling that healthy. It's well over half saturated fat and sugar.
