A trailer has been released for a cycling film from Hong Kong action movie director, Dante Lam.
We’re pretty impressed by the racing footage depicted, with the film having been described as akin to one from the Fast & Furious franchise, but on bikes.
We also like that the original title – Breaking Wind, which to be honest didn’t translate too well into English – has now been ditched.
The film’s title in English now is To The Fore. Which let’s face it, is a better title to have in mind for whichever rider is slipstreaming the guy at the front of the peloton.
And on that subject, we’re guessing that “pace-setter” in the subtitles would be better translated as “leadout man.”
Chinglish quibbles aside, here’s the trailer, including an appearance by former world champion Rui Costa – albeit as a cardboard cut-out.

Reminds me of the BMX movie RAD. As films go it was pretty shallow but it had bikes in it, so it was cool.
