Fess up then! Have you got signed to a dev team or something?

Looks stunning. Add matching 50mm rims and that’ll look smashing.

That’s nothing, there was a lion and a witch in my wardrobe this morning. I asked what they were doing there, and they told me “Narnia business!”

I got that much, I guess what I was hinting at was just acknowledging how important that aspect was to you.

I’m sure it will be awesome, anyway!

I believe Di2 is not classed
I believe Di2 is not classed as ‘user serviceable’ – assuming you bought a load of spares before travelling, is it possible to confirm that you could be self-sufficient in terms of maintenance?

I tried Ultegra Di2 just on a turbo, it felt very slick, and the auto-trim on the front mech was sweet, but I could well imagine struggling with it in full-finger gloves.

If you’re previously a campag man, are you sure you’ll be happy with the ‘mouse-click’ feel of Di2, rather than the ‘just-like-mechanical’ feel of EPS?

Ooh, I dont but I’ll take one. Cycle surgery were good enough to give me some standard bottle cage bolts out of the workshop but the heads were two narrow to hold the cage to the frame, but of course you’re a spesh fan so that might be a go-er.

Thanks, even if it doesn’t work out. I’ll get back to you.

The pair of Spesh bottle cages I bought to avoid having mismatched items, only to find that one of the bolts has come loose and fallen out, and they aren’t standard fitting so I’m having trouble replacing the bolt without buying another cage.

Er, but that doesn’t raise extra?

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve donated so it works for me, but it only generates more if you manage to keep the momentum going via other channels (outside road.cc).

EDIT: HOLY SH*T, I’ve been away for a few days and you’re at 83%! 😀 Forget the above, looks like you’ll be ordering before xmas at this rate.

Currently, I’m thinking it’s the winter overshoes that have restored feeling to my feet! Once I switch to my new wheels though, I may think the best purchase is a certain pair of mavic ksyrium equipes.
