You’re at £1100 now, it wouldn’t surprise me if you were able to generate the same again from the auction items. If that 2nd hand trike turns out to be right for you, all the better.

Tough one. A guy on the club run has just gone through the same thing and opted for mech DA since it is so well-proven and either are beyond his capabilities anyway. It did spark a discussion as to what level of bling is acceptable on club rides!I believe the cable tensioning is automatically set on di2, and the auto-trim is ace. If you’re mechanically useless, di may be better, but if you like tinkering, probably dura-ace.

Go back and read that long thread on depression (from maybe a year ago?), I was new here and that was a bit of an eye-opener. It suggested that people here, yourself among them, were as friendly, honest and intelligent as a virtual community could be expected to be.I’ve tried recording my own voice and thought it sounded as odd as a lemonade sandwich, but that would apply to any of us.
