However, it’s specifically the valuation that an employer has to apply at the end of a cycle to work ‘lease’ period, so it’s deliberately lowballed because the whole point is to make the scheme attractive and encourage take-up. It’s basically only there at all to stop people completely taking the piss and using it as a ‘tax-efficient’ way of buying and flogging on bikes.
