I think you’re going to have to get over Campagnolo if they’re not going to fulfil your mechanical & ratio needs and consider Shimano for their wide range of reliable, good value drivetrain components.

I think it’s due to an “undocumented feature not available in the next release”* introduced by a recent update of the Garmin Connect Mobile app. There’s a few threads in the Garmin forums about it. I suspect it will go away when Garmin update the app soon.

If I were you I’d get the system plugged into E-Tube software with SM-PCE02 and check the system for battery drain issues, just in case the new battery solves the problem short-term but then doesn’t hold charge in future.

I don’t think I’ve seen a disc brake compatible road fork with the aesthetic you describe, I’m not sure but it could be that the thin, curved design does not lend itself to the increased structural requirements that a disc caliper needs on a fork.
Also, I’d be careful with putting a curved fork onto a bike head tube angle designed for straight forks, it’s possible that any small difference in trail and rake measurements could adversely affect handling. I’m not an expert on this, but it might happen.
Anyway, good luck with your search, I scratched the Ti itch a year or two ago, with a Vaaru MPA. It’s not quite what you’re looking for as it has a straight carbon fork (the Ti fork option is also straight), but as my winter hack it’s a lovely bike to ride.

According to the binomial distribution calculator at WolframAlpha, the probability of getting 43 out of 50 in a single test with 1/4 chance on each question is 1.819e-19, I think I’d go with actually knowing the answers to the questions.

I’ve had some similar
I’ve had some similar experiences to yourself with road tubeless – first tried in 2018 with Mavic’s (new at the time) road UST, it was useless, had 3 unsealed punctures in 4 rides, after running (Stans) tubeless on much lower pressures successfully on MTB & gravel bikes. I concluded it was a combination of trying different sealants (Mavic, Orange & Muc-Off) not sealing on 25mm tyres at 95psi in the wet. Plus Mavic tyres seem to get cuts if you even look at them. Went back to tubes at the time on the winter bikes.
Forward to 2022, I put tubeless again on a winter bike (Hunt 4 Seasons and Schwalbe G-One Speed 30mm at 65psi) and it seems so much better. Get a fair bit of weeping and a lot of sealed holes but minimal pressure loss, and now on a summer bike which I’ve put Roval CLII on with Conti GP5000S-TR, 30mm front, 28mm back at 70psi, it’s been absolutely fine.
My conclusion is that road tubeless, in my experience, works best with lower pressures, and with Stans fluid, with some Stans Darts in my jersey pocket (not used yet). The higher pressure just doesn’t seal in time with the lower volume, particularly in the wet. I asked a mechanic in the LBS what sealant they personally used out of the 6+ they sell, he replied “we all use Stans at lower pressures”
Anyway, good luck!
Also I should add (from personal experience) that when following andystow’s advice on a thorough shake, always make sure the lid is on properly.

Energy from the Severn – it’s always baffled me why one of the highest tidal ranges in the world can’t be harnessed for a clean, predictable and reliable source of energy.
Supervised drug consumption – bring it on, should form part of all harm reduction intervention policies.

Agreed, I sold a couple of wheelsets on eBay recently, so not heavy, but a large box. Around £14 for insured 24 hour service, both sets arrived undamaged via Parcelforce.
Obviously packing is key, and in a suitable box, appropriately marked as fragile.

The SM-BCR2 has a lead with the proprietary 2 pin connection for the junction A, and a micro-USB for connection to host device. I’ve never tried connecting it to an Android device and I’d be surprised if it works on a hardwired connection using the mobile app as even the PC application has a weird USB implementation, I couldn’t get that to work reliably on a Mac using VMware or Virtual Box, I’ve only ever got it working either on a hardwired connection with WIndows running natively on the bare metal, or over Bluetooth using the phone app.
So I’m doubtful and this also seems to be confimed by bettershifting.com (sometime of this parish)
https://bettershifting.com/di2-e-tube-software-and-downloads/One other thing, it appears Shimano seem to have deprecated the old PC software which could use the SM-BCR2, last version which works is 4.0.4, so I’m running E-Tube v5 with a SM-PCE02 and can go back to E-Tube v4 with a SM-BCR2.

I tried something similar with some timber and a pair of Delta hitches, with (unlike yourself) limited success, and so for people like myself with minimal (zero) woodworking skills, the Vergo range from Minoura is an off the shelf alternative.
