The problem being, those of us who work on the game do the back end work, but nothing to do with the servers. Dave is the man for that. If he’s busy with anything, then we are all stuck.Understandably, the game has been running fairly smoothly till last night and Dave has other things to do, as we all have. So on a Friday, if the game goes tits up and Dave is on his way to somewhere else and not at a computer. I’m afraid we are all in the same boat, can only hope that it sorts itself or Dave gets to it before the deadline

I’ve been able to use the site, was slow last night, wasn’t about to get on first thing this morning and has been fine since about half 10. Everyone seems to be logging in at the last minute and that’s why it’s been slow, I did get a server error at one point.Everyone is in the same boat, the competition has been open with a full startlist for a while. So NO neutralising it in my eyes.

I’m doing men’s and women’s,
I’m doing men’s and women’s, but I don’t have all the time in the world to cover things. I’m self employed, plus I have commitments to women’s team outside of the internet, I go to races and do all the background work for them.Take this coming week, I’m leaving the house on Friday, covering a race on Saturday, another on Sunday, travelling on Monday, no point in going home, that would add another 600 miles on my journey. So Friday first I’m off to another race, set up for Saturday, Sunday and Monday, then travel home on Tuesday. So that’s me out for 9 days and unable to cover anything unless I can get wifi somewhere.
I will be dropping in past the Road.cc HQ at some point, so I might discuss the game with Dave, more likely just drink their coffee and eat their biscuits =))

She should be there, I added her to the database the other day. Infact, I have just checked, she is there and selected to ride.It seems there is a slight issue with new riders to the database not showing. I’ve just sent Dave an email to see if we can fix it

Not when they are listed like that on official startlists, because then in becomes a case of remembering what they were shortened to, I already have that issue with some of the women’s names that I shortened
