Knog Blinder 600 & Plus Rear Bike Light Set (£74.99)

Even if you don’t often ride in the dark, having a good set of bike lights is a good idea if you’re cycling on the road. Knog’s Blinder 600 & Plus Rear Bike Light Set claims to be “the perfect partner for commuters on urban streets”.
As the name suggests, the Blinder 600 offers up to 600 lumens of illumination in its brightest mode claiming two hours battery on full power, or up to 120 hours in Eco mode. The Plus Rear is 20 lumens, claiming to be visibile from 450 metres and with a battery life of 40 hours.

Proviz City Men’s 100% Reflective Commuter Cycling Jacket (£99.99)

Looking for a jacket that keeps you dry, blocks the wind, while staying seen on the road? The Proviz City Men’s 100% Reflective Commuter Cycling Jacket promises to deliver all three.
Made with REFLECT360 fabric – a material woven with millions of reflective glass beads – it “ensures maximum visibility from all angles”, while reinforced shoulders are said to add durability and protection against backpack straps rubbing.

MET Miles Mips helmet (£69.99)

If you’re after a helmet for commuting, the MET Miles Mips helmet aims to deliver all-day comfort, generous ventilation to help prevent overheating, combined with the MIPS-C2 rotational management system which is designed to reduce rotational forces in certain impacts by allowing the helmet to move slightly relative to the head.

Zefal Z Road Pack Saddle Bag (£24.99)

When commuting, an inner tube, pump or CO2 cartridge, tyre levers and multitool are must-haves, and the Zefal Z Road Pack Saddle Bag has space for exactly that.
This waterproof saddle bag measures 120x80x35mm, with two internal compartments, and attaches under your saddle using a hook-and-loop strap that fits all standard rails.

Lezyne Smart Energy Caddy (£32)

For on the bike navigation, the Lezyne Smart Energy Caddy is a semi-rigid top tube mounted smartphone holder that doubles as a small storage bag. Measuring 80x60x115mm with a 0.5 litre capacity, it can stash a few ride essentials like an energy bar, keys or small multitool alongside your phone.
It’s designed to fit 4–5 inch smartphone models, with a clear, touchscreen-compatible cover and three Velcro straps attach it to the toptube.
