Winter, bad conditions makes you hardcore
It's got to be Summer. Hot and dry all the way.
Any season is good for me! Just happy to be out on my bike whenever and wherever possible.
Spring, as hopefully that'll lead to a good summer of cycling
summer of course...
Call me predictable, but it simply has to be Summer
Spring. That coming out of winter feeling
Spring. That coming out of winter feeling
Winter - either the delicious cold, crisp days, or the filthy weather where knowing you're out riding when 99% of other riders are hiding away.
Watching the Autumn sunrise light up the orange canopies whilst the dry leaves whisp around your wheels has got to be one of the best highlights of the year
No contest. Summer!
I am a wimp and proud. I don't do cold, wet or cold and wet.
Was it Naomi Cambell who wouldn't get out of bed for less than $10,000 a day?
I won't get out on my bike unless the temperature is at least ten degrees C, preferably 30!
Its a head space thing for me - its about riding and enjoying the moment what ever the weather - sure summer evenings are agiven but some of the most exhilarating riding I have had has been during a rained drenched winter hoolly
Crisp autumn mornings when it's dry and clear and not stormy!
Spring. Anticipation of long summer rides, abandoning winter gear and warm weather morning rides in crisp early sunshine
UK winter is highly underrated, when it's dry and you're dressed right the cold is irrelevant, and the mornings are clearest of all
Springing into spring...
Well as there don't appear to be 4 individual seasons in the UK, I will go with the two we have SpringSummerAutumn as my favourite followed by a dose of Winter to keep things ticking over!!
Summer - for me, it has to be summer. Not much can beat rolling along a dry road with the sun on your back.
Summer. Sizzling hot
Summer., 'cause the air is drier!
Doesn't matter as long as it's dry! I love a cold, crisp, clear winter's day, long warm summer days, and spring and autumn can be really beautiful.
Winter night rides, you gotta love 'em
Autumn
Autumn for the colour in the trees.
SUMMER #FACT
Spring, as by then you've decided what you're riding/training for in the summer, can break out the good road bike and the days are getting longer/warmer.
Winter!
Well, summer of course!
Anytime of the year & in any country. OK not in snow but a bit of slush or fog on they way to my job in the Post Office is fine with the right thought & preparation.
Favourite season: If I had to choose one it would be spring.
And Favourite seasoning (an attempt to get two entries for the price of one): Monosodium Glutamate
