Camaiore - 3) Arredondo, 5) Colbrelli for me!
Ulissi won and Gavazzi came 10th if that is relevant to you
I am getting totally destroyed....
Serves me right for picking mainly stage racers, should have loaded up on classics riders
Hofland in particular looks like a great rider to have picked, 200 pts for 1 credit and likely to get a few other outings through the year.
I'm in the top 10!
Zabelinskaya won another race today which hasn't been counted.
Grrrrr!
I think people are thinking a par score for a rider is around 100pts per credit?
Hofland looks good....riding P-N by the looks of it too(look at his price in Road CC now....more than a Westra,Kelderman or Kangert!!)
But Doc....you've been around long enough to know that the stage riders will start getting points when the stage races really get going?
To be honest, its my low pried riders who scored little last year, and have raced have done well. Colbrelli already outscored his 100 from last year, Arredondo with nothing last year already has 130, and Bennett again with 100 has already outscored last year. Demare and Greipel have already got there points rolling, so im not too concerned about where I stand. After T-A we will have a better idea of who may do well
Bardet and Kelderman at Paris-Nice is likely to be the benchmark as to whether my rationale of picking lots of cheap young'uns is a better idea than known points scorers.
Just seen the 'similar teams to yours' point on VDS - Hopefully we can share in eachother's success TERatcliffe.

Crikey Twybaydos, you're creaming us.
Nice to get going though and finally get some points on the board. Annoyed that Kwiatowski hasn't managed to keep up in Tirreno, was hoping for a nice haul of points there.
3, 4, 8 in MSR. Better than my roadcc team!
I was wondering if Swift was a good choice but came up trumps today! Lobato looks like a good choice as well if he can come 4th in that. Modolo earnt his keep as well.
Now I need Porte and TvG to do something in Catalonia.
6 and 8 for me, not too bad
Better for my women, 5th in one race (the one that scores more points) and 1st and 2nd in the other

Don't know weather to or
Not a single point in San Remo for me.....
Got Quintana, LuLu, Marczynski, Howard, Ferrari and Jens! in the Volta Cat this week
Uran,Rolland,Nizzolo,DeGendt,Jeannesson for me in Catalunya
Uran, Porte, Nieve, TvG, Atapuma, G Bennett, Rolland.
Not playing premium this year but this game gives me plenty of interest especially after an unexpectedly good MSR. Not a bad purist team really.
Part of me wishes I'd picked Contador now but I went for a young clean (I hope) team and as it wasn't oriented to the classics I'm pleased with my start but can't see TvG matching Contador somehow (and they both cost 16).
But if Swift and Lobato do well that would help a lot, especially as very few have Lobato I reckon.
J-Rod, Pozz, Basso, Arredondo, Atapuma, Degand, Geniez, Stetina
Safe to say im hoping for some points!
I've got Lobato....top scorer on my team so far....and being widely touted as the premier Spanish sprinter now(surpassing Rojas I guess?)
Looking at the list of top scorers I'm kicking myself for missing Colbrelli and Vanmarcke, both relatively cheap riders scoring decent points. Also, Swift looks like a cracking deal right now, 1 credit, 305 points after only 20 last year.
I considered Contador but decided that last year was the start of a major slide and that he wouldn't reach his old heights again. Personally, I'm amazed he's managed to reach his old level again although the proof will be over three weeks, at least for now he seems to be staking a claim to be considered a major contender for the Tour.
Ah yes. I've looked at your team now. Lobato top for me as well with Kwia and then Swift. You should catch me up soon if Boonen goes as well as expected. I think I've got more GC guys though!
Good game actually. I saw something about it on the forum last year but was too late to do anything. Only saw a thread about it on the 27th and put in my team the next day. Gives some interest to nearly every race. Hoping for Hofland, D van Poppel, Trentin and Wynants for the Belgian races and got plenty of people for this one although nothing for today.
Let's hope Gerrans gets better soon. Hoping for something in the Ardennes from him.
No points today but Mezgec cost 8 so hardly a bargain.
Howard today
Kreuziger, Tejay, Arredondo, Bardet, Pozzovivo, Wilco, Zoidl, Atapuma, Geniez, Jeanneson, Degand and Lulu - this is the event where my second tier climbers are really going to shine.
Or not
wednesday we've got - Dwars door Vlaanderen
- Settimana Internazionale Coppi e Bartali
