The first road.cc rideout of 2019 is coming on 22nd March from our HQ in Bath, and we're looking forward to having you join us for a scenic ride around the beautiful Somerset countryside... plus we'll also be hosting Stans NoTubes, who will be on hand to talk us through going tubeless and will even do it for free for 15 lucky riders!
Review: Stans NoTubes Race Sealant
If you've never come along to a road.cc rideout before, you can expect an epic ride (numerous groups riding various distances to cater for all abilities), beer, pizza, cake and more cake, plus the chance to meet the road.cc team and fellow readers of the site. We're located in Green Park Station in the heart of Bath, and will be meeting there around 11am on Friday March 22nd for a pre-ride coffee and a natter. The rides, handily mapped out for you already by route-planning experts Komoot (see the long route below) will depart at 12 noon and be between 20-32 miles depending on which group you're in.
After the ride we'll be dishing out the aforementioned treats, and you can be sure we'll have some random schwag giveaways too. We're also pleased to announce that NAMEDSPORT> will be providing some nutritional boosts on the day from their grand tour-proven range of gels and energy bars. They're sponsors of both the Bahrain Merida and Trek Segafredo teams, so if they're good enough for Vincenzo et al they're more than good enough for us!
There are just 80 free tickets available to reserve your spot, we don't expect them to be around for long so make sure you snap yours up pronto.
Plus... Stan's NoTubes
As well as a lovely ride and loads of freebies, we're pleased to announce that Stans NoTubes will be joining us to talk us through going tubeless, and all the extra puncture protection, lower rolling resistance and lack of having to bother fitting inner tubes that comes with it. What's more... for the first 15 willing riders that arrive with tubeless-ready tyres and rims, Stans will convert you to tubeless for free. Usually this cost in the region of 50 quid, which alone is a good enough reason to come along and put up with us for a day!
So what are you waiting for? Click on the link below to reserve your FREE ride place now, and we'll look forward to seeing you in March!
