After a full 10 years of creating award-winning road cycling clothing, Stolen Goat has turned its hand toward mountain bike clothing and has announced the MTB22 collection. The new range features mountain bike-specific jerseys and shorts with a handful of accessories to help brighten up off-road adventures.

The MTB22 collection promises to get the stand-out Stolen Goat style well off of the beaten track. Firstly, that task is handled by the brand’s new long and short sleeve jerseys that come in both men’s and women’s sizing.

The MTB-specific jerseys are cut with a relaxed fit with a lightweight and fast-drying construction. Stolen Goat has even kitted them with SPF 30 UV protection, which will hopefully come in handy during the summer months. In keeping with Stolen Goat’s loud style, there’s a range of designs on offer from linear graphics to camo and bold stripes.

As for the shorts, Stolen Goat says that they combine the technical features that riders want with a casual look. These are built using a four-way stretch fabric and are sorted with an adjustable hook and loop waistband that gets higher at the back. With that, there’s a pair of zipped pockets at the front and a fast-drying, breathable fabric gets a water-repellent treatment. These also get UV protection with an SPF of 50+.

It’s not just about jerseys and shorts with Stolen Goat as the brand has gone the whole hog and introduced a range of full finger gloves. These get similar designs to the jerseys for that full factory look and they’re made from a microfibre and cotton blend. The gloves feature a stretchy upper for a tailored fit with an anti-slip material and strategically placed padding. The brand also has mountain bike-specific socks in the new range, coming in four designs and they’re slightly thicker than the existing road socks to suit the demands of mountain biking.

Stolen Goat’s new MTB22 range is available today and prices start at £40 for the short sleeve jerseys, going up to £45 for their long sleeve counterparts and the shorts are priced at £90. Gloves will set you back £25 and socks are £13.
