Strava have helpfully listed the professional racers who’ll be sharing their Tour de France race data as well as providing routes for each of the 21 stages, so you can easily see where the race goes.

The likes of Ted King and Niki Terpstra, two popular Strava addicts will, we hope, be uploading each and every stage of the Tour de France to Strava, providing us a unique insight into the speed of the Tour. Here’s the full list of pros on Strava:

As well as that, Strava have also detailed each of the 21 stages on their website so you can take a closer look at the parcours. You could even download the routes to your GPS device and easily follow the stages, if you’re planning to ride them before or after the race. Strava have helpfully provided links to the most notable climbs and segments for each stage.

Here are the first three stages of the Tour de France on Strava:

Stage 1 – July 5
Route: Leeds / Harrogate
Distance: 190.5 km

Stage 2 – July 6
Route: York / Sheffield
Distance: 201 km

Stage 3 – July 7
Route: Cambridge / London
Distance: 155 km

Doubtless Strava user ‘Red squirrel’ who currently holds the Cote de Cray KOM will be toppled once the pros upload their stage data.
