Brompton deliver to some European countries – https://www.brompton.com/support/delivery-and-returns
If you’re on a budget I’d suggest Decathlon – https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/folding-bike-fold-120-grey/120068/c443m8500543
It’s also worth looking at 2nd hand bikes, I found a Decathlon bike similar to the above for £50.

Abandon shipment: how an Amazon van got marooned on the UK’s ‘most dangerous path’

“Apparently the Amazon driver was a lady who’d been in the job three days,” says Jason. “She, I believe, got to the top of the sea wall and phoned her supervisor and said: ‘Am I doing the right thing here? I’m questioning this.’ And they said: ‘Does the satnav tell you to go that way?’ She said: ‘Yes.’ So they said: ‘Well, carry on.’”

Posted this yesterday but it isn’t showing for some reason, I’ll try again without the links.
Brompton deliver to some European countries – see Delivery and Returns section of their website.
If you’re on a budget I’d suggest Decathlon – they do a BTWIN 120 Folding Bike for £280.

Last time I checked you could
Last time I checked you could still buy a reasonably priced bike in Decathlon.
High end kit is expensive, but hasn’t it always been?

“Dramatic” seems like a bit of an overstatement, I guess not much happens in Cornwall.

“Ben starts a one-man anti-cycling campaign, which causes chaos in the household. He also appears on a radio show in an attempt to get people to support him however; all he manages to do is aggravate the whole cyclist population of London and have his house egged. Meanwhile, Susan makes a great effort towards her fund-raising idea by getting Michael to take photos of semi-naked men to form a calendar. Unfortunately she doesn’t check the pictures before sending them off to the printers. Also, Roger takes Abi to see Gordon Ramsay but to everybody else’s misfortune she has picked up some new cooking phrases.”

Skoda do an internal bike
Skoda do an internal bike rack for their estate cars, you need to take the front wheels off though.

I envisioned selling my Light Blue Wolfson and using the proceeds to acquire said bike. However my advertised Sram Red equiped steed has not even elicited a single enquiry. I suspect that the presence of rim brakes is seen as a big no-no in the second hand bike market these days. Not sure where you advertised it and what the asking price was. Generally speaking, used bikes just aren’t worth very much. This table from HMRC is probably a bit pessimistic but the reality is often not that far off.
The upside of that is that you could get a 2nd hand city bike for not much – probably around £100 – £200 depending on what you were looking for. Facebook marketplace has lots of these.

This is what we’ve generated,
This is what we’ve generated, used and exported so far this year. We use a lot of electricity – we’ve got a heat pump, work from home and use the washing machine a lot.
We’re with Octopus on their Cosy Tariff, so we have cheap electricty 04:00 – 07:00, 13:00 – 16:00 and 22:00 – 00:00. Our solar system has a 3 kWh battery so I charge that from the grid when it’s cheap. I also have the heating and hot water on high during the cheap periods and low / off when it’s expensive.
Looking to replace our gas hob with an electric one at some point so we can have the gas supply disconnected.
Edit – better picture

I’m going to write “Refugees Welcome” on an England flag and hang it from the nearest lampost, see what the local “patriots” make of that.
