Sorry, I haven’t. However, I was reading about the Amgen ToC the other day and a team that uses it – I think it was Team Exergy – maybe do some homework to look at the team roster, find a twitter feed from any of the riders and ask? If they don’t get Cavendish-level deluges of messages they might well reply.

EDIT: Yep, it was Team Exergy:

Judging from the other offerings in this space and the recent news about a product launch being delayed, this looks like it’s probably more difficult than it sounds.

The ‘comments’ tab is quite funny!

Spinning class at the gym? Seemed to have an effect for me, and it’s a class with music etc so the time flies by.

I like this because we don’t all have the time to research our personal dream team for each and every scenario. Having competitions like this would allow casual users to just change occasionally but still play effectively by putting out, for example, a sprinters team for the entire tour.

Besides, cycling isn’t cycling without a multitude of sub-competitions to confuse the layman! 😀

Blimey, you not sleeping or something?! 😀 Glad it looks like you have a reason – that’s the problem when all this stuff starts working against each other.

I just use Safari on the iphone. An app would be awesome though, since I would find it much easier/more convenient to make changes, so would play more regularly, rather than just leaving my team as it is.

That sounds like a nifty bit of kit. Pity I don’t use a turbo.

    Good to hear you’re ok,
Good to hear you’re ok, definitely sounds like it could have been worse.

Wonder if it might be an idea to wear your HRM day-to-day for a couple of weeks to keep an eye on it? Or at least take your pulse every morning in consistent circumstances to build a baseline? Might give you a little more peace of mind before getting on the bike again.

But of course: viewing area = the flat roof on the extension!

All audience PPE (safety glasses etc) will be at additional cost, naturally.

    Or…

You could just buy a turbo trainer… nah!

Anyway, I think we may have flogged this to death by now, but hopefully this has at least cheered you up following your ‘off’. 🙂

    Sod half measures, increase
Sod half measures, increase the height of the garage roof and run a ramp through a full 360, ensure your roller speed will generate sufficient centrifugal force before bunny hopping onto the ramp, then simply loop-the-loop 100 times for training!

    (there’s a hamster joke in here somewhere but I can’t find it…)

For extra kudos, build the extra wall height from glass, then amaze/make nauseous the neighbours as they watch you whizzing past upside down! 😀

    (I like this game. =)) )

    I think you’re missing a
I think you’re missing a flashing red light in the kitchen over the garage door to alert others of roller action. Also a crashmat against the far wall in the garage, so if it happens again the simplest solution is to just bunnyhop clean off the rollers and hit the garage wall at a sprint! 😀
