I’ll double check them, but pretty sure nothing is letting air into the system, I went over everything when I striped them down 😕Gkam84

I thought it was air aswell,
I thought it was air aswell, that’s why I bled them, I needed new pads and rotors anyway, so replaced them.I’ve got Tektro Volans. I have the right bleed kit and done everything I know to sort it out.
I’ve even hung them pulled on overnight to let any air rise through the system. But its just not working.
The brakes take mineral oil and that’s what I’m using.

Bike Box Alan is your best
Bike Box Alan is your best bet hire or buy. http://bikeboxalan.co.uk/But that’s going to be more than £300 to buy.
If you are set on buying and not hiring. Inside the £300 you can get
Elite Vaison Bike Box £300
DHB Elsted Bike Box £180
B&W Bike Box £250All of those offer the same sort of protection

theres two of you going by th looks of it, so id take that and take it in turns to carry it each day.
it will b cosy, but is a slight upgrade from the “bivvi tent”, which is not really a bivi. a bivvi is literally a bright orange thick plastic bag, LOLOnly me. I said I wasn’t to worried about weight, but 5kg is a LARGE 2 man tent…Even when I do the Perth to JoG, I’ll be camping on my own at night.
A Bivi isn’t an orange bag. But it is kind of plastic. Its basically a sleeping bag cover that the military used to use. 😉
I guess you are referring to these newer type “bivi” storm shelters incase you get stuck up a mountain

I did the same sort of thing.
I did the same sort of thing. I changed the chain on the trike, instantly felt the difference, so decided the stock parts weren’t good enoughThe chain cost £70 because I had to buy 3×10 speed chains.
I got an FSA crankset from Chain Reactions in their sale, down from £299 to £80.99
Also doing the cassette, £50 for the 9 speed capreo and £14.99 for the 9 speed 11-34t to get the ratios I want and make my own 10 speed from it.
Installed everything myself, plus stripped and rebuild it all twice since I got it in December. 😉

It sounds like degreaser they used which takes off stickers and printed letters on tyres

Have you checked your chain
Have you checked your chain is under the right tension and that its not worn or the cassette? When pedalling, if you are only getting in a certain points. Its more likely to be one of those
