The only thing that might be
The only thing that might be worth looking at for future tours. Is changing a couple of random guys down to 3 in value if there aren’t many cheapo’s there. So someone like Hoogerland, sitting at 6.3 I think, bump him down to 3. Making the known names 😉

I thought after yesterday
I thought after yesterday that Jeannesson wouldn’t be up for the break, that’s why I went Fedrigo and I dropped Amador for Serpa as Lampre have done nothing this tour…FAILGkam84

OK, it seems my guys didn’t want to hit the break, but I think after the first Alpe the “real” break will happen 😉I took 20 points to get extra transfers. I better look out those gloves for Dave 👿

NO, that’s far to easy, NO
NO, that’s far to easy, NO rider should be below 3, it keeps it simple. Limiting riders to 35 is just watering down the game. Its harder than last year and its perfect. There could be a couple of changes made, but the game as a whole runs fine.
You can have 8 star riders as it is just now and a cheap DS. Just not the top guys and that’s how it should be.
WHY should it be easy for everyone just to pick the top 4 and have everyone scoring the same. That just makes the game boring. I might aswell pick on team for everyone….

Its different with every
Its different with every person. Depending on how far you cycle, the weather and how much you weight. But that’s getting technical.I ALWAYS have something just before I get on the bike for a decent ride, something like, toast and jam or similar. Else it takes me a while to get going.
But I tend not to bother sticking to “rules” because they do not suit everyone and most people will sight the way pro’s eat and train. I couldn’t give a toss that Chris Froome eats a banana hear and a sausage there. I’m not a pro and the only person who knows MY body, is ME.
So if what you are doing works for you, why bother changing it?

Rolland did say he thought it was out of reach, but double points the second time over Alpe would get him right back there.Tomorrow will be a day to pick break guys. A break will win :B

I think its fine as is. The reason there are fewer cheap riders is the teams have sent strong teams that are top heavy with good riders. So its sent the game a bit wonky. Its still be fun and also more even, no-one is running away with massive scores.
Lets see what comes in the tour of Poland and if the balance is restored and then think about Vuelta 😉

How many people are we
How many people are we talking here?Giving directions to people who didn’t know the route is fine, but get a route done on one of the many sites and publish it, so people can put it into their GPS.
How long was the ride, It sounds like it could be a good Sunday ride out with friends.
I guess you didn’t know many of the riders that turned up, why not get to know some of them and make it more of a “friends” only ride out?
