that camera is a generic,
that camera is a generic, faux-4K chinese POS, and you can generally tell because they all look alike, and it’s kind of insulting, when YI, an actual reputable chinese brand, has great cameras, which have been on amazon from £37 up to £250, and all of them have hundreds of positive reviews, like they actually won me around from sony’s action cameras, as i just picked up their standard 4K camera for £125 with a bundled, handlebar mount, and honestly the quality of the footage isn’t just chinese camera good, it’s gopro why the heck are you charging £300 for the same quality good.
you guys should give one a go , as price to performance wise it’s near impossible to be disappointed.

It had the cubic form factor BEFORE GoPro brought out the Session (I’ve always thought the original GoPro Hero form factor was too ugly / non-aerodynamic). The main down-side is, unlike the Session, the M10 needs an additional waterproof housing.
Youtube user “Techmoan” does (or did, not visited his channel for a while) did good reviews of cheap chinese action/helmet/dash-cams with side by side videos comparing their footage with a GoPro. The M10 compared very favourably and was his recommended best buy at the time I got mine.

I did have the M10+ before I got the Hero though so I had time to get used to both. Im currently thinking of upgrading to the Yi 4k Lite which is truer to the original GoPro as far as action cameras are concerned.
Ive looked at getting another SJCam but they generally seemed to have stagnated as far as designs go. while Xiaomi the makers of the Yi cameras are firing on all cylinders when it comes to getting the best bang for buck cameras out to the rest of the world market.
