#MyCyclingWeekend with Decathlon - A windy weekend

Pedaling away with the B'Twin RoadR 500 cap is.....

Well, that escalated quickly!

Our Saturday morning KoM hunting session got abruptly switched to a dash to the cafe as the strong winds brought heavy rain in without warning.

Sheltering with a coffee and a sausage bap wasn't too much of a struggle and as we planned a ride for the next day, it seems like you were all doing the same!

Our winner this weekend has scooped a lovely B'Twin RoadR 500 cycling cap for his LeJog training ride.

A big congratulations to Hayden who, with two mates, rode from Lands End Way to John O'Gaunt. Clever, very clever!

Well done Hayden, the cap is on its way.

Decathlon will be back on Friday for another #MyCyclingWeekend but while you wait, go give them a follow on Instagram!

Here's a selection of the best entries...

Son of a Marathon runner, Nephew of a National 24hr Champion, the racing genetics have completely passed him by. After joining the road.cc staff in 2016 as a reviewer, Liam quickly started writing feature articles and news pieces. After a little time living in Canada, where he spent most of his time eating poutine, Liam returned with the launch of DealClincher, taking over the Editor role at the start of 2018. At the weekend, Liam can be found racing on the road both in the UK and abroad, though he prefers the muddy fields of cyclocross. To date, his biggest race win is to the front of the cafe queue.
