Casey Neistat, the American cyclist and videographer whose serious but-slapstick bike lane video highlighted the problems caused to New York City’s cyclists by parked cars and other obstructions is back with another example of poorly thought out infrastructure in the city.

This time, the focus is the city’s Williamsburg Bridge, used by more than 2,000 cyclists a day, making it the most popular for the city’s bike riders.

Neistat is among a number of riders fined for going through a tiny gap at the end of the bike lane – and says that instead of spending four hours challenging the p[enalty, instead he would make a video to highlight the issue – the above footage is the result, and we reckon is a pretty persuasive way of getting the point across.
