So having a crafty look at your smartphone whilst in stationary traffic gets you a worse penalty than actually driving into a cyclist and then effectively run them off the road? Wow...
If you read the article, it seems the magistrate also said that its understandable that he drove dangerously given the offences of the cyclists. Interesting precedent...
