It turns out that #mycyclingweekend fun is not restricted, like most of here at road.cc are, to the British Isles. There are loads of you out there enjoying your weekend’s rides in exotic locations. Cycle Surgery and us here at road.cc will take a look at some of those locations now.
This week’s winner, Instagram user Clarebearr90, may well be in Britain, but she’s taken to the Welsh hills in Bedlinog which we consider close to exotic. She even included her non-human riding partners in her #mycyclingweekend photo.
Keep an eye out for a message from us over the next couple of days Clarebearr90, so you can claim your prize.
Somewhat further from our South West home, Instagram user leisurecyclist went for a rather chilly ride.
It turns out the border between Finland and Russia can get a bit cold at this time of year.
A little closer to home som road.ccers headed out for weekend rides, and they popped the photographic evidence on Twitter for all of us to see.
Our men John Stevenson and David Arthur fired over these fantastic photos of their rides and riding partners.

Elsewhere there were some great shots from snow covered forests to sunny Mallorcan climbs.
Remember, it’s never too late to send us your #mycyclingweekend photos. Just fire up a machine and include the #mycyclingweekend and #CycleSurgery hashtags and we’ll see them!

Women’s only cycling clubs?
Women’s only cycling clubs?
At the same time you can’t click on a cycling website these days without some female complaining about sexism and the lack of equality in cycling.
