Capturing your #mycyclingweekend rides in static photos deliver beautiful momentos, but nothing captures the thrill of cycling like a video clip.
Our first #mycyclingweekend post of the week is a great bit of footage from Instagram user tom_a_jeffs who spent one of his rainy weekend days flying down the Lancashire hills of the Trough of Bowland.
If high-octane camera shots aren't your thing, later on we've got even more injuries that you've continued to send our way, some Prudential RideLondon footage, and some fabulous photos of your weekend rides.
But first up, here's tom_a_jeff's ride. Our weekly BTwin multi tool giveaway is heading his way this week. Send your photos in next week for your chance to win.
Last week's #mycyclingweekend theme was hardcore rides, which you lot took as 'my worst injury'. So, once again, this week, you've sent us in some of your worst injuries.
Fewer broken bones, but more cuts and bruises this week. Here are a couple of them. Remember to ride safely, but if you've already had an accident, take a leaf out of our news editor Simon MacMichael's book, and show off your injuries to the most harcore rider you can find.
Away from steep Lancashire hills and battered bodies, thousands and thousands of you took to the streets of London and the capital's surrounding countryside for the Prudential RideLondon Surrey 100 and free ride.
The biggest cycling festival in the word had the privelidge of hosting our very own Laura Laker for the day, and she documented her day with a number of videos which she posted to our Facebook and Instagram feeds.
Unfortunately, illness got the better of Mark. His bikeless #mycycling can be seen in this first video.
But, obviously, you couldn't all have spent your weekends riding in London, or on hospital wards. So here are our favourite photos from around the world, and the rest of the UK.
