Do you use Instagram? Over 400 million people do, and a reasonable percentage of them are cyclists.

From keen cyclists using the app to share their adventures on a bicycle, and professional racing cyclists and photographers travelling the world and reporting from the biggest races, there’s something for everyone.

If you’re new to Instagram or looking for some new accounts to follow, here are some of our faves. Got a favourite? Then why not share them in the comments section.

Strava

If you’re a Strava addict, you’ll want to follow its Instagram page for more behind-the-scenes stuff from the company that made segments and kom common words amongst cyclists

L’Eroica was first run in 1997 as a protest of sorts against the inexorable tide of progress, represented in this case by the paving of Chianti’s innumerable dirt roads. Dirt is a relative term for the road surfaces here – some are in pristine, hard-packed, almost pavement-like condition; while others are rough, strewn with large rocks, prone to tire sucking sands, and are altogether violent, unforgiving stretches of “road.” So, strade bianche seems more accurate – white roads. With so many different possibilities on each stretch of road, the only thing they all have in common is their sun-blasted whiteness. #StravaStories #LEROICA words and images by @jeredgruber and @ashleygruber.
