@MarsFlyer I like it without the band, as it’s more discrete (and the band design was getting on). But it’s personal preference. However, I dislike the price. £195 is exorbitant in my opinion.

So many streets around me have cars perpetually parked on one or both sides, effectively losing a lane of highway each way, and nobody even seems to be aware of the impact, but someone leaves a lime bike lying on its side and everyone loses their minds. I think the other point to make is that badly parked lime bikes are almost always left by thieves who take them without paying for them, or by hacking them. Anyone who actually uses lime bikes will know that they simply don't let you end the ride, unless and until you send them a photo of it parked neatly in a location where parking is permitted. So further outlawing/restricting hire bikes won't have any effect, because people who break the law don't take account of said further laws/restrictions.

Oof @ Wout... He already had a really bad and hugely career impacting injury from a brush with a barrier on a corner he cut too close. Can't believe he's still risking it.

@GMBasics Reminds one of the old joke (stop me if you've heard it) about the vicar who complained to his verger one Sunday morning that he couldn't find his bike and it must've been stolen. "Well, we'll soon find the miscreant," said the verger, "the whole village will be in church this morning, so what you do is, during your sermon read out the Ten Commandments very slowly and when you get to number eight, 'Thou shalt not steal' you look around and see who looks guilty and that will be the person who stole your bike." After the service the verger went up to the vicar and said, "Well, your reverence, did you find the culprit?" "Oh," came the reply, "it turns out I made a silly mistake - I got to number seven and I suddenly remembered where I left it." Tadej should have gone in for his national championships as insurance, Sagan managed to go eight years without wearing a team jersey, four years in the national champion's jersey then three consecutive world championship jerseys followed by another Slovakian championship. The Slovakian champion's jersey also has the advantage that from a distance it could easily be taken for the world champion's jersey, especially when you have the WC bands of a previous winner added.

@Rendel Harris Maybe Pog' doesn't like wearing his standard team jersey. It's been a LONG time since he had to get one of those out of the drawer, and he's now looking for a new way to keep it like that for another year.
