Sweet Protection Tucker III 2Vi Mips helmet
Buy from Sigma Sports for £195.00

The Norwegian protective gear specialist has done it again with its flagship aero road helmet, that our reviewer Ben Woodhouse describes as comfortable, fast, and stylish to boot.
Testing over one of the hottest summers in living memory, you won’t cook in this helmet even in temps above 30℃, and the padding is very comfortable. It’s not exactly light, but you’re not paying for lightness when you invest in an aero road helmet.
Yes it’s expensive, but on sale we’ve seen the price drop under £200 at some retailers recently, which is pretty competitive for a class-leading aero lid.

Look 795 Blade RS 3
Buy from Look Cycle for £10,190.00

If you have ten grand to spend on a bike, there are far worse ways of parting with it than going for the new Look 795 Blade RS 3 – in fact, it might be one of the best bikes around at any price point, says our chief bike reviewer.
“It’s real world quick, ruthlessly stiff while managing to deliver an impressive ride quality, and the handling is absolutely spot on”, says Stu Kerton, who reckons the Blade with a full Dura-Ace groupset and Mavic Comete 50 wheels might just be his favourite bike of 2026.

Redshift Mousetrap pedal adapters
Buy from Merlin Cycles for £49.95

Thanks to Redshift, switching between clip-in SPDs and normal shoes (or even bare feet) is easy and tool-free with its “genius” Mousetrap pedal adapters.
Mike Stead loved how easily they can be fitted and removed, and can be stuck in a bag or pocket when not in use. They’re not cheap, but what very good bicycle products are nowadays?

Cotic Escapade frameset

UK-built and ready for adventure with 50mm tyre clearance, the Cotic Escapade frameset is described as “an incredibly versatile and capable machine” by reviewer Stu.
The fetching steel frameset has a whole load of mounting points, mudguard and rack mounts, and the geometry has been revised with what Cotic calls ‘Sureshot’, based around the idea of proportional fit. All the changes are for the better, says Stu, who has dubbed this British steel stunner a “masterpiece”.

Uvex Flowline glasses
Buy from Trek Expert UK for £54.60

Matt Page says the Uvex Flowline glasses are now his favourite shades ever, and backed this up by using them at the Gravel World Championships in Australia last weekend!
“If you are looking for a high-quality, exceptionally comfortable pair of glasses and do not need interchangeable lenses, the Uvex Flowline is an outstanding option and comes highly recommended”, adds Matt.

Q36.5 Gregarious Essential bib shorts
Buy from Sigma Sports for £140.00

It’s worth checking the sizing as we found these came up small, but otherwise, the Q36.5 Gregarious Essential bib shorts are absolutely worthy of your attention if you’re looking for a no-nonsense set of bibs that are actually pretty good value compared to premium rival brands.
Reviewer Sam says they’re exceptionally comfortable, with minimal seams, a great chamois and wide, supportive straps. Shorts season is all but over, but these deserve to be invested in now for some test runs on the turbo.

Lusso Women’s Paragon Signature CB bib shorts

Another set of bib shorts before our long tight reviews start landing later this month, and it’s another seal of approval for British cycling apparel expert Lusso.
Emma Silversides praises the Paragon Signature CB bib shorts for the fine balance between compression and comfort, and a “superb” easy-pee design for convenient comfort breaks without having to remove all your gear.
