If the creators of the Tour Series were looking for a way to engage riders and whet their appetite for the main event they have successfully pulled it off.

The Travel Choice TT that will preceed the Peterborough round of the series next Thursday will be entertaining to watch and a chance of a lifetime for most of us amateurs.

We get use of the circuit for an hour and have (in true Grand Prix stylee) two flying laps, the aggregate time for which will determine our overall position.
