For yet another year, bike brand Mondraker has teamed up with the famed clothing and protection company, Troy Lee Designs to offer a fresh, exclusive range of clothing. The new range combines both brands’ racing know-how to bring you matching helmets, jerseys, gloves, and pants. Read on for all of the details.

The main reason behind the collaboration is that the brands share the same values, racing philosophy, and premium quality found in their products with maximum comfort and performance being their main goals.
Let’s start off the with Stage helmet. It’s a full face helmet that’s designed to be lightweight and mega comfortable. It’s been updated for this season in order to boost its safety, style, comfort, and airflow. The brands reckon it’s the lightest helmet in its class, employing extra protection from MIPS as well as EPP and EPS foams. In a size M/L it’s claimed to weigh 690g and it comes in three sizes, and three different colours. This helmet can be picked up for 370 euro.
Then, the Sprint Jersey is next to get the Mondraker X TLD treatment. Like the Stage helmet, this jersey is for those who are after a blend of comfort and protection in a package designed for downhill and enduro riding. This jersey is built with mesh sleeves and sidepanels with a four-way stretch neck. Its back panel is then extended for protection against rear wheel spray. The jerseys is priced at 70 euro.
Mondraker and Troy Lee Designs say that the Sprint Ultra long pants are a highlight of the new range. They’re made from an elastic material in order to offer the best possible ergonomics, says the brands. There’s room for knee pads and it’s claimed that the pants are both breathable and stretchy. The construction material is abrasion resistant and there are laser perforations to enhance the trouser’s breathability. The Sprint Ultra pants are then closed up with a metal popper and zip, and the waistband is adjusted using two hook and loop straps. The pants are available for 210 euro.
Finally, the brands have picked the Air Gloves to round off the range. Troy Lee says that these gloves have unbeatable ergonomics with great breathability and an optimal feel; some very bold claims. The glove is built with a single layer palm with laser perforations fr ventilation and the upper employs a micro-mesh to offer a great fit.
Inside, there are silicone inserts on the index and middle fingers to improved grip on the brake levers. The glove is fastened with velcro at the top of the wrist. The glove will cost 40 euros.
