We've spent quite a lot of time over the last few weeks talking about the 2010 Colnago range and we've seen them in the flesh too, at Eurobike and the Milan show. Now's your chance: importers Windwave have confirmed that they'll be showing the complete range at the Cycle Show from Friday.
Some of the key new models are certainly worth a look. The Ace, Colnago's new sportive-friendly machine, is a full Carbon monocoque featuring 'Real-X geometry': to the uninitiated, that means a longer headtube and more upright position. You'll also be able to see the Cyclescheme-friendly Aluminium-framed Prima and the new CLX, which gets a new frameset for 2010.
For a bit of retro eye candy it's hard to do better than the 55th anniversary Master X-Light, which is a steel thoroughbred in 1980s JPS livery. And there's two chances to see the Colnago Super Singlespeed: The Colnago stand (F20) will be sporting one, and we'll also have one on the road.cc stand (D5) – a nice conversation starter.
If you want to talk Colnago, then there's few people better qualified to do so than Mr Colnago’s grandson, Alessandro Colnago, who'll be at the show over the weekend. "Lastly", say Windwave with an air of mystery, "we may well have something new to the UK, so make sure you drop by to check it out..."
