How many teams have yet to confirm?... And there's no Young Rider Competition in the Vuelta, right?
Neither at this stage, as all are circumstantial (apart from where it has been stated rider x will rider the Vuelta), based on tentative quotes from riders, DS's etc, most will use TdP and Eneco to assess riders before final decisions
