Pancho, you can sometimes find LED valve caps in POUNDLAND!
I got a pair as a free gift with a cycling mag once. Stuck them on my old commute bike but once the batteries went, so did the LED caps...

You can already get cheap LED valve caps which create a ring of light when the wheel rotates, and for that reason, I'm out.
