There's a strange invention, some seriously impressive bike handling, driving, and adventuring skills on show in today's road.cc video round-up. There's also a bit of bovine education from the Col - or should we say Cow - Collective for those of you who are into that sort of thing.
Without too much further ado, we'll tuck in, but first we feel obliged to warn you that some of these videos might make you feel incredibly self conscious about your own abilities in the saddle.
So, if you're of weak character, seriously low in confidence, or have recently been on the receiving end of a particularly brutal quip about how you look in your bib shorts by a member of the opposite sex, you might want to avoid one or two of these.
This is the first time most of us in road.cc Towers have come across YouTube user Chewie Meatball.
His videos are hilariously compelling, not for the rather dire examples of driving most of them contain, but for the jovial, meme-heavy, Chewbacca-like character that accompanies the videos.
This one in particular features a really awful situation in which a cyclists asks a driver for a bit more room, and the driver responds by nearly knocking off his bike. On purpose.
From the worst example of how to drive accommodatingly to arguably one of the best we've ever seen.
YouTube user carltonreid has filmed a white whale, he's captured eight drivers in a row giving him enough space to cycle comfortably while overtaking on twisty-turny lanes.
We all like a bit of justive porn here at road.cc.
No, not like that. Seriously guys? What we mean is, we love it when the person who's in the right in an against-the-odds situation comes out on top by sticking to their guns.
This is a great example.
A police officer on Long Beach in California tells these BMXers they can't ride there.
The only problem is, they can. Legally. And one of the cyclists knows this, and throws a justice beatdown of enormous proportions on the officer.
Lotto-Soudal rider Tim Wellens took a bit of a shortcut during the Vuelta a Andalucia individual time trial.
Half of us in the road.cc office still struggle to get both wheels off the ground while bunny hopping, let alone clearing a kerb while riding at upwards of 20 mph.
Out of all of the pros, we'd speculate that Peter Sagan's has the potential to get the dirtiest. Not because he crashes any more than anyone else, simply because if there was a weird way to get your bike dirty, he'd find it.
So, surely your heart goes out to the poor bloke that has to clean his bike after every race?
Well, put your sympathy away. His nam'es Alejandro Torralbo, and he's bloody brilliant at it, it turns out.
It also looks like we could all learn a thing or two from him.
Bike brand Specialized are about to release their new documentary series, the Adventure Dispatch wherein they'll follow indivduals that "push past the confines of every day."
Essentially, the Adventure Dispatches, are snippets of bike adventures.
In what started out looking like a strange April Fool joke, but ended up being a really compelling look at part of the reason we love riding, the Col Collective's upload last night touched us.
Sure, it may seem to just be a video of cows and bikes, but really, it's a comment on the beauty that cycling gives us the opportunity to experience.
Plus, the name's funny.
