Pretty shocking that a driver that is so far below the requisite level of skill and care is straight back out there after a token slap on the wrist.
Should have to retake a full test at the very least.

Can you keep us updated on how things go with the police (driving with undue care and attention) your claim for damages against the drivers insurers etc etc
Easy enough. The police wanted to take to take his license off him. 3 points was the best they could do or a "Driver awareness course". The course involved an accompanied drive with an assessor. He passed.
Insurance company are still trying to claim lack of liability for what was initially a £43 claim
