    So great – another dangerous

So great – another dangerous driving offence that will rarely be used because the CPS haven’t got a robust working standard for dangerous driving

It’s the police, really. Almost all cases involving dangerous driving where cyclists are concerned are binned with no respose and no action, so the CPS never have to bother with them.

If you want footage of your ride, buy a GoPro

Don’t, if you want PC software that’s maintained and is not a nightmare and which doesn’t keep failing. No GPS after Hero 7 Black, either

you would think that a PCC

you would think that a PCC who prioritises road safety would want some open and transparent reporting of the relevant action. I will ask them…

No you wouldn’t, if you live under the reign of Lancashire Constabulary and Lancashire PCC. If you have a persistently corrupt and inept police force, you have to assume a supine and inept PCC to go with it. Lancashire PCC actually advertises around neighbourhood websites here that people dissatisfied with the response of the police should write to the PCC. That’s where they hope to bury almost all of them- by terminal delay. We’re so busy!, they say. In practice, you hear nothing at all for 3 weeks-then there’s a letter apologising for the delay. In another couple of weeks, you’ll still be waiting…

    Just wondering if anyone on
Just wondering if anyone on here has had any positive experience with PCCs
No, they ARE a waste of time and money and should be binned- they find themselves unable to say ‘boo’ to a goose, never mind a police officer. All they do, in place of proper scrutiny of the police, is simply relay what the police say. If we want to read lies about police corruption and inefficiency, we might as well take them direct from the source

    It’s more fun when it’s a BMW
It’s more fun when it’s a BMW or Audi which goes onto the beach and is submerged by the tide – I experienced such a great joy at the SE of Anglesey many years ago, but there must have been more since then

    feeling sorry for the family

feeling sorry for the family he spending all this time with if he does a hard session on the trainer and then just goes about his day

This seems to be a common delusion, presumably carefully fostered by the deodorant and laundry products industries- most of the smell is on the clothes. Indoor training = sweat pouring out like rain, which is a wash in itself. Personally, I wouldn’t be online telling strangers how to accomplish ‘personal hygiene’

Clearly this should be in a

Clearly this should be in a separate topic instead of hijacking the already overloaded ‘vehicle collides with building’ but I challenge others in Bad Cops areas to beat this, and begin that new topic The Evaders! 2 years 4 months No MOT, and 2 years 5 months No VED for this Audi A4 PJ07 NFP on the Mean Streets of lawless downtown Garstang. This is what happens to areas with shameless joke police- I can guarantee there will be no response from them.

    Meanwhile Surrey cops go

Meanwhile Surrey cops go round with their unmarked car and their twitter page is full of drivers pulled over with no insurance, ved, mot

Thanks. Useful page, as in Lancashire they would receive a commendation for having troubled to obtain MOT and VED in the past. Red Golf AK59 CCA was well in arrears for both when previously reported, and still has neither now. Lancashire’s Lardmeisters can’t be bothered even when someone else does all the detection for them so they don’t lose their places in the queue for pizza (don’t be deceived by ITV’s The Bay- the actors would be much better at policing than the police). Garstang High School at home-time is a meeting point for evaders of VED and MOT, where they swap tales of years without paying for either

Earlier this year a 26 tonne

Earlier this year a 26 tonne HGV struck the underpass and the driver failed to stop

So he gets 2 months HGV ban, which is severe under-punishment for failing to stop and for being a useless HGV driver with no road awareness or brains. However, even these trivial punishments are more than he would get up here where the HIP-sters (Hyper Indolent Policing) wouldn’t even be able to work out how to use those numbers and letters to identify the vehicle. This, for variety, is just one of the many long term ‘No VED’ offenders in Lancashire- secure in the knowledge that no action will ever be taken against them. MJ09 LFH has already saved over 2 years of ‘road tax’ by his enterprise!
