    I could buy super light
I could buy super light wheels for the trike, not that I can afford them, because they are expensive. It would make minimal difference to my speed and climbing ability.

I decided, just to get a bit fitter and loose a couple of KG from…..around my waist line 👿

If you are going to go down
If you are going to go down the dry bag route. DONT search for dry bag, search for compression sack.

One of the best out there is the Sea to Summit

    Just looking at your profile,
Just looking at your profile, it says London.

So have a check here for bike fitting places

    Bike fitting in London

If can work out cheaper if you contact them, say you are looking at buying a new road bike, they can do the fit and knock a little of the price of a bike if you buy with them 😉

    Its ok listening to
Its ok listening to recommendations. But unless you get your hands on all of those models and try them out, you won’t know.

FIRST things first, if you are looking at becoming a total roadie. GET a bike fit done. You will get the dimensions that are the best fit for you, then compare them to different bikes. A woman’s specific frame might not be right at all.

I cannot give any more advice on your problem, because its a hard one. But get a bike fit before going any further.

    Inflate to the pressure you
Inflate to the pressure you run, then get a torch and spin the wheel slowly, looking for little nicks of glass, take the glass out and replace with a little super glue. It’ll keep your tyres going a little longer.

Anything you can fit your pinky finger nail into, replace the tyre

SID, I’m going to call you out on it being Kimmage questions that forced Sky to get rid of some of the staff and riders.

It didn’t take a genius to work out they had to get rid of some that had previous questionable doping results when they told everyone about their zero tolerance policy
