wiggle’s dhb releases new Blok men and women’s clothing range

dhb expands bold Blok clothing range with new designs

If you thought Rapha’s attempt at producing affordable clothing with its new Core range didn’t go far enough, then here is news of dhb’s latest Blok clothing range, where an outfit costs £90.

The Blok range, now in its third year, has been well received, and dhb clothing generally reviews well because it’s offering good performance, fit and functionally at prices that don't break the bank.

Fully updated for 2016, the new Blok range features new designs and colours that are certainly bold and distinctive and points to an ever increasing confidence from the clothing company. The range features a new Mosaic design for women and Pixel and Blue designs for men.

“With a focus on uplifting gradients and bold layers of colour, dhb Blok is here to remind you that cycling isn’t all about KOMs and PBs. From caps to socks, KOMs and PBs. From caps to socks, dhb Blok now offers head to toe men’s and women’s ranges,” says the company.

Here are some highlights of the new range.

Designed for cooler conditions, the dhb Blok Pixel Short Sleeve Roubaix Jersey (£40) is made from a fleecy thermal fabric which could be good in the spring or even a cool summer evening ride. It has the same UV protection and anti-bacterial treatment as the regular jerseys, and there are three cargo pockets and a silicone lined waist band.

The dhb Blok Women's Short Sleeve Jersey (£40) in the new Mosaic design. Like all the jerseys in the Blok range, this one is made from 100% polyester with an anti-bacterial finish and a UV30+ protection, ideal for riding in the sun. Details include a full-length YKK zipper, rear zipped pocket and three cargo pockets.

Here is the new dhb Blok Short Sleeve Jersey Blur design (£40) available only for men. All the same fabric technologies and features as the other dhb jerseys in the range.

dhb Blok Bib Shorts in a Prism design (£50) are made from Lycra Sport fabric with soft mesh bib straps and a Cytech Giro Air seat pad which dhb claims is good for rides up to 5 hours.

Here’s the dhb Blok Lightweight Gilet (£35) in a Prism design. It’s made from a windproof material on the front and a breathable mesh fabric on the back. Unusually perhaps for a gilet there are three rear pockets. There are some reflective details as well.

The new designs also extend to gilets, socks, arm warmers, caps and gloves so you can get the complete look. You can see the full range at
