If you didn't win a prize this time, better luck with the next competition.
Well, this doesn't happen very often... we have another opportunity for you to win £2,000 worth of Pacenti Cycle Design wheels and kit! Since the last competition back in March, we've had a chance to review both the Forza-C 30 Disc wheels and the Forza Alloy Rim brake versions, with both receiving glowing feedback. road.cc tester Stu has given both sets close to full marks, which is great news for Pacenti and even better news for our lucky winners that will get their hands on a pair for free!
Just like last time we have two sets of brilliant wheels up for grabs, plus clothing and tubeless kits for 20 lucky winners.
The first prize is a set of Forza-C (Carbon) Disc wheels worth £899, which Pacenti reckons are “perfect for the spring cobbled classics” and in our eyes, definitely well-suited to everyday riding on UK roads.
Pacenti says: "Our Forza-C rims are the heart of this wheelset, and they are optimised specifically around tubeless tyres. The inner width of 21mm provides for more air volume (comfort) and improves tyre profile (control). The asymmetric profile provides for good spoke tension when lacing to offset hub flanges. These rims are the result of a clean sheet design that brings our best thinking to the table on what a rim should be."
The Forza-C disc wheelset is light, strong, versatile and hand-built in the UK!
Forza -C Tech spec:
- 1455g wheelset built with 24h drilling front and rear rims
- UD Moulded Carbon Fibre asymmetric rim
- Internal width 21.3mm : External width 26.6mm : Rim Height 30mm
- Sapim CX-Ray spokes in front : Sapim D-Light spokes in black : Laced two-cross to optimise strength and low weight
- Pacenti Hubs are 12mm front and 12mm x 142 rear. QR and 135 x 10mm rear thru-end caps can be purchased separately
- The same wheelset is also offered with a dynamo front hub
Our reviewer Stu says the hoops are "light, strong, good value – you don't have to pick two, you can have all three."
"Acceleration, climbing and sprinting are delivered without hesitation and... well, I can't really sum it up more than that, these wheels deliver the all-round package, such a joy to ride."

The second prize is a choice of either a Forza Rim wheelset worth £350, or the disc brake versions worth £399.
Pacenti describes these wheels as all-rounders suitable for training, racing and almost all types of road cycling. With its 20mm internal width, it rolls beautifully with a 25mm tyre either tubeless or with tubes.
As mentioned above, you can choose either a disc version or a rim version of the Forza if you're lucky enough to win the second prize.
Here's the Forza Rim brake wheelset spec:
- Disc brake = 1710g built with 28h drilling front and rear for disc
- Rim brake = 1410g built with 20h drilling front and 24h rear
- Aluminium asymmetric rim for Disc / Symmetrical for rim brakes
- Internal width 20mm : External width 24mm : Rim Height 25mm
- Sapim D-Light spokes : Laced two-cross to optimise strength and low weight.
- Pacenti Hubs are 12mm front and 12mm x 142 rear. QR and 135 x 10mm rear thru-end caps can be purchased separately
- Rim brake version supplied with Sram / Shimano compatible pads
Our tester had this to say about the rim brake versions reviewed back in April: "Pacenti has delivered an excellent product with its Forza Rim Brake wheelset, marrying an impressive weight with a solid, do-it-all road rim for racing or training – all for a very reasonable price, even against the biggest brands in the marketplace."

Not bad prizes at all, but it doesn't stop there... the guys at Pacenti are also offering this great-looking jersey and cap worth £65 to winners number one and two, and a set of each to the next three names out of the hat!
And there's still more... the next five names out of the hat (plus the first two winners) will receive a tubeless conversion kit consisting of rim tape and valves for their bike, and some beautiful skewers worth £38.
And as if THAT wasn't already too much to cope with, the next 10 names will win a Pacenti cycling cap worth £15!
All in all, we make that £2,041 worth of prizes to be won courtesy of Pacenti Cycle Design. All you need to do to be in with a chance of winning one of the prizes is to enter the competition below in the normal way.
Very best of luck!
