If you're in the wrong shorts, or you've been in the saddle a little longer than usual, the give away usually comes from behind. Looking after your derriere is something we recommend here at road.cc - and we know the folks at CycleSurgery's agree with us.
So, this week, we want you to tell us a little bit about what you do to keep your cheeks comfortable.
Now, before you jump to any untoward conclusions - we're not like those creepy lads you knew at school - we're not asking you to show us your behinds.
Well, you can if you like. But what we really want is for you to tell us your cycling stories and the things you get up to each #mycyclingweekend.
So, this is just a little inspiration boost. Tell us about your favourite pair of bib shorts, your choice of saddle, or that ride that left you unable to walk or sit down comfortably for days.
If you want to stay comfortable in the saddle, a saddle is usually a good place to start.
The folks over in Amsterdam know about cycling comfortably; check out the saddles on these.

You lot sniggering in the back, grow up. Yes, it's easy to joke about lube on a #mycyclingweekend when we're talking about bottoms, but this chain lube is one of the best on the market.
Just ask Stu Kerton, the road.cc reviewer extraordinaire who gave the Muc-Off C3 Ceramic Lube an 8/10 when he reviewed it back in 2013.
Although we've given you some pretty clear guidelines as to what might give you a chance of winning this week's competition, we're not obsessed with bums or winners. We just want to see your #mycyclingweekend photos.
So, feel free to fire over any photos you take this weekend to us by uploading them to Twitter or Instagram. In order for us to see them you'll have to include the #mycyclingweekend hashtag, and if you want to enter the competition you must include the #CycleSurgery hashtag as well!
Here are a few more #mycyclingweekend photos for your inspiration bank.
