Winner winner turkey dinner! We gave you lot the chance to win a head-to-toe outfit of high-quality Northwave cycling gear, and thousands of you put your names in the hat.
There can only be one road.cc reader feeling the extra bulge in their stocking though. and that lucky person is none other than Darren Clutton. Well done Darren! We'll be in contact to arrange the kit in the right sizes.
Unlucky if you missed out this time, but there's more chances to win stuff all the time on road.cc, including this competition to win a SLICKS backpack running right now! Good luck!

Winter's coming! Allegedly. Down in the muggy South West we've still got our pins out. But it can't last for ever, and when it stops lasting you'll want to be prepared. And one way of achieving that would be to win a cracking head-to-toe Northwave outfit worth over £500. Right? RIGHT?
What do you get? Well for a start you get a pair of Northwave's top-end Farenheit Arctic 2 GTX winter boots (£179.99) to keep your feet toasty. And up top you'll get an Arctic jacket (£159.99) with an eVent membrane to keep out rain and chills.
For your legs there's a pair of Selective Protection tights (£89.99) with windproof panels, and your toes will thank you for sticking on your Husky Ceramic High Tech socks (£16.50) with their Merino wool mix for maximum warmth and comfort.
Hands are taken care of by a pair of Arctic Evo gloves (£37.99) and you even get a Blade headcover (£16.99) to wear underneath your helmet. Or on its own, if you want to look like a cyborg. Or a water polo player.
All in all that's a prize fund worth £501.46. Let's call it £500 to you, squire. And all you have to do to be in with a chance of winning the whole lot is lob your name in the entry form below. We'll pick a winner on Monday 28 December so you should have a good few months left to make the best of your winter garb. Till about June, most likely. Good luck!
Terms and conditions: The competition will run until midnight on Monday 28 December 2015. Employees of Farrelly Atkinson, i-Ride, and their families and agents are excluded from entering. Only entries from UK residents will be accepted. Only one entry per person. Multiple and overseas entries will be identified and deleted at the sole discretion of Farrelly Atkinson. The winners will be drawn at random from all the entries and notified using the email address supplied on entry. Farrelly Atkinson is not responsible for non-receipt of a winner's email. Should a winner not respond within three days of the sending of the winner's notification, another may be randomly selected at the sole discretion of Farrelly Atkinson. The names of the winners will be posted on road.cc following the draw. The prize is a Northwave kit bundle as described; no cash alternative will be offered. It is a condition of entry that you agree to join the i-Ride and road.cc mailing lists. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. By entering the competition you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
I don't think that entirely fair. A whole new range of gearing options and an entirely new model that shares virtually nothing with the others....
I didn't realise X / Twitter still had 37 users!
You seem very sensitive about being ridiculed, but very happy to ridicule the article in far more damning terms. And yes, you're asking for too...
You put a (not really a) hashtag on it - that automatically qualifies it as a rant.
It's not the casual health effects I'd be worried about - more the ones with a long-term commitment.
In what?
Turns out they prefer video evidence to prove beyond doubt a car is parked on zig zag lines; a still won't do...
Mix of good and not so there. Overtaking stuff all sounds sensible (if people remember...), not sure on the compulsory PPE....
But this one goes up to 1511 lumens, though?...
L&M stopped making bike lights a couple of months ago. I remember wondering at the time how they were going to be able to carry on making dive,...
