2019 Season Renewals not registering?

Hello I paid my fee for the 2019 season (i.e. to renew my Premium Membership) over the Christmas break ready for January's first events. The payment was confirmed, but i'm still getting emails reminding me to renew, and my Fantasy Cycling page shows my membership expires next week. Anyone else having similar problems? I don't want to pay twice!

you should be fixed. there have been a few that didn’t go through, troubleshooting it now.
