For this ride we’re joining in with the Muckle Toon Festival in the town of Langholm, about 20 minutes over the English border in Scotland, There is a full programme of events planned from walks, a cross country run, and of course two days of cycling in the great country side. Come and make a weekend of it – a full list of events can be found on the Muckle Toon Festival page. Camping is available on site and there are plenty of local B&Bs to cater for your accommodation needs.
Included in the entry cost for this ride is a £1 donation to the local Mountain Rescue team.
If it's a shared path they are not entitled to walk the full width now are they, they should leave a space for the many bikes to be expected...
