Wittson Custom Ti Cycles was founded by Vidmantas Zukauskas some 20 years ago, after he was first introduced to cycling 30 years previously during which he became professional road racing cyclist. To pay tribute to his roots, the Lithuania-based framebuilder has unveiled the Custom 107 Project, a timeless classic made from titanium.

– Here are 10 of the nicest titanium road bikes we’ve ridden

The Custom 107 Project pays homage to the classic road bike designs and is made from titanium, with a double butted down tube, hydroformed chainstays, Paragon dropouts and external cable routing. Even though we’ve only got these photos to go on, it clearly looks to be beautifully made and finished to an extremely high standard, the 20 years of framebuilding expertise shining through.

Such a special frame deserves a special build, and a Colnago Force fork and Chris King headset props up the front-end and the groupset is Campaganolo’s Athena Carbon with Ghisallo Pista Wood rims on Record hubs and tubular Vittoria tyres, components carefully chosen for their classic appearance.

The complete bike weight for a size 54cm is just 7.8kg. It will cost €5,989 and that includes a lifetime warranty.
