Get into big organisations (like the BBC) then do a far-out parody of everything they're uncomfortable with? Or would he really get on with the Tommy Robinsons? (Apparently he claimed to be Labour or further, so guessing not). I am unfamiliar with his oevre and doubt I'd enjoy it any more than reading trolling online ... but just noting *lots* of people in the media were apparently enamoured of him personally, even when he was kicking them in the shins in print. The encomiums do note he had an absolute belief he was right...

CUK is right, and traffic offences are not viewed or sentenced properly, and it's only when someone is seriously injured or killed that the sentence is appropriate. I've said it before and I'll doubtless say it again, punishment for a first offence of dangerous/inconsiderate driving should be the immediate confiscation of the vehicle for a week: second offence a month, third offence permanent. This would of course be on top of any fines.

Yes, but the two interact - to prosecute, the CPS must be satisfied it is more likely than not that a magistrate / jury will convict; but to convict, the magistrate / jury must be satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that the offence was committed. So CPS needs to be 51% sure that a jury will be 99% sure.

Not sure which one Amy bought, but those links are, unhelpfully, to a different jersey. But your point stands - often available at a discount, unless you feel the need to have the very latest thing.
