Those forks may be the wrong way around, but not necessarily.
Kid on L of picture, blue helmet. Either those are reverse arch forks, with the moulding webs unusually on the front, and disc brakes, or they are on backwards.
In fact it would have to be a disk only fork, on a child’s bike that has an old fashioned single piece stem and bars. I guess theoretically possible on a bike built from bits, but unlikely.
How about somebody naming a segment Cockwomble Corner.
