As mountain bikers, or gravel riders we carry tonnes of stuff to make sure we can fix our bikes whatever the situation, knowingly weighing ourselves down in the process. However, knowing the risks of riding off-road many of us don’t carry a first aid kit. Sendhit is set to change that with the first-ever mountain bike-specific first aid kit, weighing in at 100g.

Back in 2018, Pinkbike conducted a survey finding that only 23% of riders carry a first aid kit, choosing to rely on emergency services and hoping that riding buddies will have one.

Sendhit is looking to buck this trend and has released the first ever MTB-specific first aid kit. It’s been adapted especially for mountain bikers to deal with the more serious injuries that can easily be picked up out on the trail. Not only does the kit hold everything you need to deal with these injuries but it also comes with all important advice on what to do in a range of serious situations.
