Its problem number 1 so I'll try fixing tonight.thanks for advice guys
What kind of problem?
1.Won't go far enough to get on the big ring?
2.Goes too far and shifts the chain off of the outside of the big ring?
1. Tighten the cable a quarter turn at a time until it works.
2. Adjust the outer limit screw so that the mech can't move far enough to shift the chain off of the ring.
Or is it something else?
Read the manual, set the shifter up correctly. And/or Listen to one of the @bikeshopshow podcasts covering front mech setup. Ep45: http://bikeshopshow.libsyn.com/bike-shop-show-00045
