Like all Cervo Rosso clothing, they're made in Italy and they're produced to very high standards. This includes the fit, which proved to be the Strada's most appealing aspect. Cervo Rosso make three sizes so everyone should be able to get the right size. There's nothing worse than poorly fitting knee warmers that end up around your ankles after a few miles.
Cervo Rosso have added elasticated grippers and twin lines of grippy silicone material to ensure they stay put on the legs. They're anatomically shaped so they fit the natural bend of the knees when pedalling. Despite a simple design, they didn't restrict movement at all nor did they bunch up unnecessarily, and flatlock stitching keeps everything inside smooth.
My only niggle with them was the large printed logo on the front of the knee warmers. During the early phase of the ride the printed logo is a noticeable presence on the front of the leg - I could definitely feel it. It's unlike anything I've experienced with knee warmers in the past, very odd. After a few hours I didn't notice it as much, and it wasn't certainly enough to put me off using them, but it still personally distracted from an otherwise excellent product.
Comfortable knee warmers that do the job well, though some may find the logo distracting

Tell us what the product is for, and who it's aimed at. What do the manufacturers say about it? How does that compare to your own feelings about it?
Made in Italy from the ever consistent Super Roubaix fleece lined fabric, the SR01's will keep you perfectly dry and comfortable when a little bit of extra leg warmth is required. With fast recovery super stretch and permeable ventilation, the SR01's are strong, soft and extremely comfortable. With flatlock stitching to avoid rubbing and skin irritation, anatomical knee joins and oversize reflective signature CR logo, you will remain dry, warm and highly visible in poor light conditions.
Unlike other knee warmers, we have included extra wide elasticated tapes at the top of the thighs with CR signature silicone droplets for extra holding power.

They're well made with flatlock stitching throughout and a pre-bent shape so they shape around the knees nicely.

The fabric is nice and soft and stretchy so they fit very comfortably, and stay firmly in place. They're good for early morning rides when it hasn't warmed up enough to go with bare knees.

No concerns with durability.
Rate the product for comfort, if applicable:

In very regard, the comfort and fit of these knee warmers is first class, but I keep coming back to the niggle of the slight pressure the printed logo applies to the front of the leg. It's an ever noticeable presence during rides that prevents me from giving them top marks.
Rate the product for value:

At £30 they're nudging the top of what we'd comfortable expect to pay for knee warmers.
Tell us how the product performed overall when used for its designed purpose
Very well, they're ideal for very early morning summer rides and will get a lot of use in spring and autumn, where the Roubaix fabric will prove a good insulator.

Anything further to say about the product in conclusion?
I really liked this knee warmers, the only blight is the odd sensation the printed logo gives. That said, some people might not even notice it and it may not be a problem.
