Video: Giro d'Italia contenders reveal their thoughts on the race and the maglia rosa

Latest film from organisers features Wiggins, Nibali, Basso, Sanchez and defending champion Hesjedal

Five riders expected to challenge for the maglia rosa in this year's Giro d'Italia, which starts in Naples three weeks on Saturday, have been talking about their feelings about the race and the maglia rosa in the latest video from organisers RCS Sport ahead of the 96th edition of the race.

Of those five - current champion Ryder Hesjedal, two time winner Ivan Basso, plus Bradley Wiggins, Vincenzo Nibali and Samuel Sanchez - only the latter has not yet worn the leader's jersey, but the Euskaltel-Euskadi rider clearly has fond memories of his only previous participation in the race, which came in 2005.

If you missed the first video, in which the same riders spoke about their early experiences of cycling, here it is.
